Melisa Özakçakaya has recieved a grant award.
We proudly announce that Melisa Özakçakaya has received the Access Grant and the UNESCO-GBI Support Award for Remote Access from the Imaging 4 All project of the Global Bioimaging Network, for her studies in Magnetic Resonance Spectroscopy on mice.
With these grants, she had the opportunity to visit the Center for Preclinical Imaging at the University of Liverpool, UK, and to collaborate with Prof. Dr. Harish Poptani and his team. During this visit, she investigated metabolic markers of aging in the mouse brain using high-field in vivo ¹H-MRS.
